Meet the team

Alison Coffey

Alison Coffey is a dedicated fitness coach and postpartum nurse with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and supported at every stage of life. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Alison began her fitness journey there—first as a client, then as a coach—discovering her love for guiding others toward their goals and building meaningful connections along the way.

As both a nurse and a new mom, Alison brings a unique perspective to her coaching. Her medical background gives her a deeper understanding of the physical and emotional changes women experience—especially in the postpartum period—and she uses that knowledge to help her clients return to movement safely and confidently.

Now rooted in Jackson, Ohio, Alison is bringing her experience, energy, and community-driven mindset to the local fitness scene. Her mission is to create an empowering environment where women of all ages—particularly those navigating postpartum life—can show up authentically, grow stronger physically and mentally, and connect with others who share similar goals.

Through group classes, Alison aims to make fitness more than just a workout—it’s about finding your people, celebrating progress (big and small), and building a supportive community that lifts each other up.

Jillian phillips

Jillian is a graduate of Oak Hill High School and University of Rio Grande where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She is the proud owner of Iron Oak Fitness, a community-rooted gym built on the belief that women belong in the weight room.

Jillian found her strength through the powerlifting and strongman communities. She is a 4x national strongman qualifier and has competed on major stages including the Arnold Classic  and the World powerlifting championships along with several other competitive achievements.

She is currently finishing her Master Trainer Level 4 certification with ISSA and is a Certified Sports Performance Coach, bringing both education and real-world experience into her coaching.

Her passion for health and fitness began at an early age, with a clear mission: to help women and female athletes build confidence, strength, and resilience—both physically and mentally. Jillian believes lifting heavy isn’t just about physical results; it’s about mental strength, empowerment, and owning your space.
